"Surviving Baby's Sick Days: Tips and Tricks for Parents!"

Updated: Apr 5, 2024

Nothing is worse than waking up to the runny nose of one of your little ones. But there is a solution to everything and everything can go so much smoother when having the right tools to deal with it and take care of your precious baby or toddler. 😁

These are the things I make sure I have all the time so when it  happens I am prepared;

The List

Humidifier

This works so well for their stuffy nose that never stops running it through the day but especially at night when it gets usually worse. This helps my little ones have a better and more rested night.

Zarbees chest Balm

I know is a chest balm but I love to put it on the feet and then cover it with their socks also a little bit on the forehead and nose if I am not using the Vicks patch, it helps so much with decongestion.

Cold and cough medicine

I am a big believer in no-medicine for healing a small cold, though if I feel I must use medicine this is my go-to for sure and my kids love it.

Vapor patch

I only use this if I run out of The balms or think my toddler will need extra soothing for decongestion it helps so much during the night.

Boogie wipes

Best than just the regular wipes is all about making it better for them.

Boogie suction

This is not a very important one I don't know what I would do without it it suctions everything making them able to breathe so much easier instantly.

Saline water spray

Magic remedy for hard boogie, use this before the nasal suction.

Throat soothing pops

These are my favorites for them natural as they can be and nice gentle flavor.

Pain and Fever medicine

This is my favorite for my kids is the best I have been able to find in terms of the cleanest product with no extra ingredients that can harm my baby and it works.

This works every time and I hope it works for your babies too.

Let me know in the comments how it goes next time your babies are having a cold.

Much love,

Estefany
